Darryl Carnley, Senior Pastor
Pastor Darryl was born and raised in Alaska. The son of a missionary, he carries the same burden of his father to lead people to Jesus. Pastor Darryl is the founding Pastor of North Pole Worship Center, formerly Christ Tabernacle. The name was changed a few years ago to better accommodate the vision that was put in Pastor Darryl’s heart when he was a youngster. Pastor Darryl’s number one goal in life is to be available to God. He feels this is best accomplished by making God first in all that he does and by being a great husband, father and minister. He recognizes the importance of family in his life. His wife Pauline is at his side helping pastor this growing work. They are best friends, prayer partners and parents of three very lively and God gifted boys. D.J., Colton and Blake. They all work together in the ministry of NPWC. Pastor Darryl was given a vision of a church and God put that vision in his heart. He says that he is now is pastoring the church that God put into his heart. NPWC is a product of that vision. Pastor Darryl is a third generation Christian who was called to preach at seven years old. Pastor Darryl’s father built him a pulpit and said preach. Noah and the Ark was his first sermon. From God building an ark to Pastor Darryl braving the cold of Alaska, he has been a part of many lives making themselves available to God.
Pauline Carnley, Senior Pastor
Pastor Pauline has been directly involved in the ministry most of her life. Raised in Chicago and Missouri, she worked as a young person in her grandfather's ministry. Children's programs and Praise & Worship have have been the main focus of her ministry. Pauline has a heart to push into the throne room and receive what God has for his people through praise and worship. She plays an important and busy role as Pastor's wife as well as being mother to three terrific boys,DJ, Colton, and Blake.
Cal and Teri Coblentz, Senior Associate Pastors
Cal entered full time ministry in June of 2006 after a career in the Air Force. He and Teri were involved in lay ministry for 20 years and felt the call of God to pastor. Cal and Teri are a ministry team and are excited about spending the next 40 years helping to equip the saints and build the body of Christ. They have been married for over 20 years and have four children, Emilee, Bethany, Ben and Jacquie. Cal serves as the Senior Associate Pastor, overseeing the operations and ministries of the church. Teri serves as Life Teams Coordinator.
